📋 Excel File Format Requirements:
- First row must be headers: SKU, Name, Definition
- Required columns: SKU and Name (Definition is optional)
- SKU Format: Must start with K followed by 7 characters (digits or dots, e.g., K123.456 or K1234567)
- SKU Length: Exactly 8 characters
- Duplicate SKUs will be skipped automatically
- Invalid SKU formats will be skipped
- Supported formats: .xlsx, .xls, .csv
